CWHBA Chapters
Members living within each province or territory form the membership of each Provincial Chapter of the CWHBA. Each chapter operates under a constitution which is compatible with and recognizes the authority of the Constitution of the National CWHBA. Currently, the Association has 7 provincial chapters.

Provincial Chapters have the following specific tasks:
- elect two Directors to the National Board
- elect three Voting Delegates to the National Annual General Meeting
- appoint members to the Judges Committee for Mares
- organize Mare Inspections within the Province
- nominate members to the Judges Committee for the National Stallion Licensing Tour
- carry out the normal business of the Association within the Province or Territory
- organize Breed Shows, Auction Sales, Promotion and other activities for the benefit of the Association
